Document Description
The project consists of replacing a 30-year old drinking water treatment plant which has reached the end of its useful life with a pressure membrane treatment system of the same design capacity and a new laboratory, control room, pumps and other ancillary facilities. The purpose is to ensure that water delivered by the District meets drinking water standards established by the California Department Public Health.
