- Maintenance dredging of a maximum of 80,000 cubic yards of sediment per year for five year ending June 30, 2013, to a project depth of -42 feet mean lower low water (MLLW), with a two-foot overdredge allowance, along the face of the crude dock, and -10 feet MLLW with a one-foot overdredge allowance in the tug moorage area behind the dock. The exact location for disposal or reuse material from each individual dredging episode will be determined as part of the episode approval process, and will depend on several factors incluing cost, quantity of dredged material, the physical, chemical, and biological characteristics of the dredged material, availability of various disposal or reuse locations, and any potential environmental impacts associated with the use of those locations.
