The project site is a 0.2 +/- acre parcel zoned C-1:D:H:HDP:MX (General Commercial:Design Control Combining:Historic Combining:Historic Design Preservation Combining:Mobilehome Exclusion Combining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
