Document Description
The property is a 235 acre farm approximately 27 miles south of Half Moon Bay and 25 miles north of Santa Cruz. The property is located in an agricultural area. Farms or ranches are located to the north, east and south. Adjacent to the property to the west and southwest is Ano Nuevo State Park. Ano Nuevo is owned by the State of California, and includes approximately 4,000-acres of coastal mountains, bluffs, dunes, and beaches. The Steele Ranch is contiguous to the Ano Nuevo State Park on the western edge. The area will be managed as a wildlife protection area and preserve the wild, natural and rural character of the Ano Nuevo coast.
