Document Description
Santa Rosa City Schools is proposing to improve existing track and field facilities at Elsie Allen High School. The exisitng synthetic track has bleacher seating and is equipped with nightime lighting. Improvements to the facility include:replacement of the grass playing surface with an all-weather surf, replacement of the existing track surface, and replacement of the existing 800 seat east side bleachers with new 1,200 seat bleachers to meet existing seating demands (for a net increase of 400 seats; no change to the west side bleachers is proposed).
