- This project is a vegetation project that proposes to harvest and plant willow (Salix sp.) cuttings will originate from locally availalbe sources. Other appropriate riparian vegetation may also be included. All initial work (plant cutting and planting) will be done by California Conservation Corps hand crews. Heavy equipment will not be used nor wil access be constructed. Plantings will be monitored by Caltrans for a period of three years.
