- NOD for addendum to: 1. Increase to the permitted daily tonnage from 100 tons per day to 250 tons per day (not to exceed a maximum permitted weekly tonnage of 500 tons per week); 2. Increase to the days of operation from Tuesday and Wednesday to Monday through Friday; 3. Increase the hours of operation from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.; 4. Update to the estimated closure date from May 2045 to December 2031; and 5. Update the remaining capacity from 1,064,500 cubic yards (as of 4/16) to 1,057,605 cubic yards (as of 11/2019).
