- The Town proposes to amend the municipal code to allow an increase in density in the area zoned as Highway Commercial. The allowable density would change from "a number to be determined by the Planning Commission" to 20 and in some cases 25 dwelling units per acre for mixed use developments in the area designated as Highway Commercial (Town Code Section 17.012.100, Boundaries CH Zone).
