The proposed extension is a 235-ft long by 53 ft wide concrete ramp, consisting of three 15-ft wide launching lanes and an 8-ft wide lane to accommodate a boarding float. Grading and placement of compacted fill and aggregate road base will precede concrete placement. The structure will be protected from erosion by geotextile fabric and rock slope protection.
