Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0169-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, California Department of Water Resources as represented by Eric See.
DWR proposes to extend the existing Bidwell Canyon Boat Ramp from elevation 675 to 640 ft above mean sea level (msl). The proposed extension is a 235-ft long by 53 ft wide concrete ramp, consisting of three 15-ft wide launching lanes and an 8-ft wide lane to accommodate a boarding float. Grading and placement of compacted fill and aggregate road base will precede concrete placement. The structure will be protected from erosion by geotextile fabric and rock slope protection. In-water work may occur up to a five foot depth.
