Document Description
The proposed project involves the development of 10.88 acres of undeveloped land into a single-family residential development with associated infrastructure such as public streets, sanitary sewer lines, utility lines, and storm drains. The project will result in impacts to 10.88 acres of CA tiger salamander habitat including temporary impacts to 0.70 acres; the Project will permanently remove 10.18 acres of CA tiger salamander habitat. The project is expected to result in incidental take of CA tiger salamander, which is designated as a threatened species under CESA. The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
