Document Description
The project consists of a request to subdivide 3.73-acres into three parcels. The existing residence will include the existing developed portion of the site: Parcel A (2.4-acres), Parcel B (0.5-acre), and Parcel C (0.72-acre). There is a request to remove 18 redwood trees and allow work within the canopy of six other trees. The project includes granting of a variance for a secondary frontage 13-foot, when 20-foot is required, and will need annexation into the Contra Costa Sanitary District, and Lighting District.
