- Proposal to subdivide the 1.63 acre project site into twelve (12) lots, retain one existing single-family home in its current location and construct eleven (11) new single-family residences on the newly created lots. The proposal includes a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a small-lot subdivision (smaller lots than permitted in the R-1-6 zone), with lot sizes ranging from 2,989 square feet to 8,801 square feet, with an average lot size of 4,818 square feet. There are four proposed two-story residential floor plans. The homes will range in size from 1,268 square feet to 1,698 square feet; the existing home to remain is approximately 2,304 square feet. Each unit will also have an attached two-car garage. Proposed landscaping includes street trees, various medium and small shrubs, and lawns.
