The proposed project consists of the construction of a new school building at the existing Fairmont Charter Elementary School campus. The new school building would comprise approximately 53,392 square feet and would provide 91 parking spaces. The project would increase student capacity from about 550 students to 617 students. Once the new school building is completed, the existing school building will be demolished.
