Construction of a new elementary school at western portion of existing campus. The new school would be two stories, contain 53,392 square feet and provide 91 parking spaces. The existing school would be demolished and new turf playfields and hardcourts constructed. The new school is designed to be energy efficient and use green building materials. The school is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
