Document Description
The project consists of a Master Plan and a Phase 2 Precise Plan for the redevelopment of the existing gateway Business Park. The project consists of the phased removal and replacement of existing buildings on the 22.6 acre project site and construction of five to six new buildings six stories in height and two to four parking structures. The project would be constructed in five phases from 2011 to 2020.
