- Document Description
- The proposed project would subdivide two (3) existing lots, totaling +/- 16.20 acres, (APN 035-020-022 & 035 and 35-510-015) into 65 single family dwelling unit lots and two designated remainder parcels totaling 3.6 acres. The lots would range in size from 4,610 to 18,657 sf. The subdivision would be accessed from South Jackson Street with a secondary access through Snow Mountain Way (an existing road) back to South Jackson Street. This primary access would connect to an internal temporary cul-de-sac during phase one with a 20 ft wide all weather surfaced secondary access road to Snow Mountain Way, Phase Two would extend Snow Mountain Way and Phase Three would permanently connect Snow Mountain Way with the proposed road off to South Jackson Street. Sewer and water will be supplied by municipal providers. Stormwater for the developed lots will enter drains that connect to the City stormwater system. Existing sanitary sewer, potable water and stormwater system infrastructure is adjacent to the site, within the South Jackson Street right-of-way.
