The lots would range in size from 5,848 to 10,870 square feet. Improvements to existing infrastructure include construction of four (4) new residential roads (A, B, C, D) and an extension into Snow Mountain Way, an existing residential road. Sewer and water will be supplied by municipal providers. Stormwater for the developed lots will enter drains that connect to the City stormwater system.
