- The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Lahontan Region (Lahontan Water Board), will be revising the existing Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Timber Harvest and Vegetation Management Activities in the Lahontan Region (Existing Timber Waiver), Resolution No. R6T-2007-0008. Changes to the Existing Timber Waiver will include minor changes (i.e. grammar) and substantial changes (i.e. reduction of monitoring and reporting requirements).
