Document Description
A Minor Subdivision of an approximately 28 acre parcel into two parcels of 14 acres each. The parcels will be divided along the centerline of State Highway 96. Parcel 1 is currently developed with a single family residence and Parcel 2 is developed with a mobile home park. Both parcels are served with community water and on site sewage disposal systems. No further development is proposed.
