The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a General Order Waste Discharge Requirement and 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The 317,656-acre SSHCP is a regional approach to address issues related to planned development and species habitat conservation following a comprehensive conservation strategy, over a 50-year period. Activities covered under the SSHCP PGP are substantially similar in nature, would result in minimal individual and cumulative impacts on the aquatic environment, and have been authorized under the local Aquatic Resources Program.
