The proposed project would involve the expansion of Lucky 7 Casino by adding an additional 32,020 square feet of facility, remodeling the existing parking lot by re-striping and adding a covered walkway, and developing a commercial wastewater treatment and disposal system. The proposed expanded gaming expansion would total approximately 32,020 square feet in area and include 162 new parking spaces.
