Document Description
The Project will fund teh development and testing of a fats, oils, and grease (FOG) to biodiesel pilot process that fits economically into EBMUD's existing wastewater treatment plant. The pilot project will require the construction and operation of a relocated FOG receiving facility and a small biodiesel test facility at the existing plant.
