The Maxwell Public Utility District proposes to change the wastewater disposal method from disposing of treated effluent to an agricultural ditch that flows into an unnamed tributary to Lurline Creek to the reuse of treated effluent on agricultural land for crop irrigation in order to comply with National Pollution Discharge Elimination Permit (NPDES) No. CA 0079987, Time Schedule Order (TSO) No. R5-2007-0073, and the California Toxics Rule.
