Document Description
The Housing Element Focused Rezone Program proposes to amend the existing zoning for two proposed sites in the community of Orcutt that would receive increased density designations. This program is being proposed in order to comply with State Housing and Community Development requirements to demonstrate the capacity to provide additional affordable housing opportunities to County residents and is necessary to maintain certification of the 2003-2008 Housing Element.
