The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2013-0186-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Lost Canyons, LLC., as represented by John McClure. The project is amended to reinstate approximately 0.30 acres of impacts from the widening and realignment of Tapo Canyon Road which were removed from the Agreement by a previous amendment (July 26, 2021).
