CDFW is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2013-0017-R6 [Revision 2]) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: TOF Thomas Ranch, LLC, represented by Mr. Rusty Turner. The Thomas Ranch Development Project is limited to the development of 27.71 acres on the 38.14 acre property, including 288 multi-family residential units on the ~12.11 acre eastern pad and a mix of light industrial and self-storage uses on the ~15.60 acre western pad.
