Document Description
The project applicant is proposing to modify the approval for the upper pad by eliminating the office buildings and commercial retail center. The residential use will remain and expand across the upper pad area. Additionally, the residential use will be changed from condominiums to an apartment complex consisting of 288 units. Modifications are also proposed on the lower pad, however, the changes are minimal and do not affect the already approved land uses on the lower pad. The changes consist of eliminating one industrial building and making minor property line adjustments. The changes will not impacts the four ponds which are currently protected by a six-foot high chain link fence with barbed wire on top. To develop the side as proposed, the project applicant is processing the following applications with the City of Corona: General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment, Resubmitted Tentative Tract Map, and Precise Plan Modification.
