Document Description
The purpose of the project is to develop and re-develop 3 locationg within the North Beach area. The project proposes to develop a combined total of 24,280 sf of retail, 13,590 sf of restaurant and 4,290 sf of office space on the Triangle and El Camino Real sites. An additional 6,810 sf of utility and storage areas are also included in the overall structure proposed for the Triangle site. A surface parking lot (93 spaces) is proposed for the Marblehead site. The project also includes several public improvements in North Beach discussed in the EIR as well as the establishment of a new North Beach Parking Overlay District.
