The Playa del Norte (PDN) project is a joint venture by LAB Holdings, LLC and the City of San Clemente. The purpose of the project is to develop and re-develop 3 locations within the North Beach area. The project proposes to develop a combined total of 24,280 sf of retail, 13,590 sf of restaurant and 4,290 sf of office space on the Triangle and ECR sites. An additional 9,180 sf of utility and storage areas are also included in the overall structure proposed for the Triangle site. A surface parking lot (93 spaces) is proposed for the Marblehead site.
