- The proposed project location is within the Jurupa Area Plan (JAP) of the Riverside County Integrated Project General Plan (RCIP GP). The designated land use in the Jurupa Area Plan for the project site and adjacent area is Light Industrial (LI), which allows a variety of industrial and related uses, including warehousing/distribution, assembly and light manufacturing, repair facilities and supporting retail uses developed with a 0.25 to 0.60 floor to area ratio (FAR). The proposed well sites are located on private property (APN Nos. 156-112-010 and 156-030-015). The proposed Galleano Well Site is zoned M-M (Manufacturing - Medium). The proposed Oda Well Site is zoned I-P (Industrial Park). The proposed project pipelines will be constructed within paved roadways.
- Document Description
- The proposed project consists of constructing and operating two groundwater wells, which will connect to Jurupa Community Services District potable drinking water system through one of the three alternative pipeline alignments, which shall include a maximum of 12,600 linear feet of water pipeline constructed within paved roadways. The purpose of the proposed project is to provide the District with additional groundwater supply.
