- The grading of 2 new residential pads having areas of approximately 54,000 and 63,500 square feet, and the construction of a new approximately 1,100 square foot long private driveway accessing Old Ranch Road, in conjunction, use and maintenance of 2 new single-family dwellings on 2 hillside lots totaling approximately 12.28 acres (543,686 square feet) in area, and located within the RE40-1-H Zone. Proposed cut-and-fill grading (all grading balanced on-site) will result in filled portions of the canyon and approximately 2.53 acres of manufactured slopes incorporating cement culverts. Fifty-eight trees will be removed (including up to 25 protected trees). Approximately 6.55 acres or 53% of the project area will remain unaltered.
