Document Description
The goal of the Land Use Element Update is to revise the existing Land Use Element to create a policy framework that articulates a vision for the City's long term physical form and development, while preserving and enhancing the quality of life for Grover Beach residents. The Land Use Element Update will involve changes to the land use map and land use designations as well as changes to goals, policies and actions and will include reorganization of the contents of the existing element. The Update will also increase the Land Use Element's consistency with other City policy documents that have been adopted since 1992.
