Document Description
The proposed project is the development of a multi-family residential rental community (proposed project) at 1920 Brea Canyon Cut-off Road (project site) in the Rowland Heights community of unincorporated Los Angeles County. The proposed project would consist of multiple residential buildings containing 775 for-lease residential units. The development would be composed of three different building types including podium building units, townhomes, and wrap-around buildings. In addition to the residential units the development would include recreational amenities that will serve all project residents.
