The project is an operator training facility consisting of a graded training yard, classroom trailer, access road and parking. Proposed training will include dozer and grading training, digger derrick training, boom trucks, bobcats, and backhoe training. The proposed training program will take place 3 to 4 days average on a monthly basis. The project is located south of an existing SDG&E facility, 30763 Old Highway 80 San Diego, CA 91962 within the Central Mountain Community/Regional Planning Area within the unincorporated area of San Diego County.
