Adoption of the Amendment to allow the La Habra Redevelopment Agency to continue its utilization of eminent domain authority in most but not all of the Alpha Four Project Area. None of the properties included in the Amendment have permitted residential uses. The Amendment relates only to a potential method of property acquisition. It does not involve the development of any property. No specific development projects for which there are reasonably foreseeable effects have been identified at this time.
