The applicant proposes the installation of a 36" permanent culvert on a Class II watercourse. The culvert will be installed at an existing road crossing where a temporary culvert was removed after completion of the last harvesting activities. The watercourse crossings are associated with Timber Harvest Plan 1-06-110 SON. CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2007-0544-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Julia Rhoads/Mendocino Redwood Company, LLC.
