Document Description
The RAW focuses on excavation, removal and implementation of land use convenant (LUC) to mitigate soils impacted with excessive levels of lead, arsenic, and total petroleum hydrocarbons onsite. The purpose of the project is to mitigate impacted soils that exceed the project-specific human health and groundwater risk criteria to minimize human exposure to the identified chemicals of concern (COCs).
