The Metropolitan Water Distrist of Southern California proposes to permit, install, and operate a backup emergency generator at the Robert A Skinner Water Treatment Plant. The existing backup emergency generator has become inoperable and requires replacement. The generator will be trailer-mounted and will provide backup power for the emergency generator system that supports critical treatment plant functions.
