Document Description
The proposed project consist of interior and exterior improvements in the Porter College Dining Common Building and one residence hall (Porter College House B) to correct seismic, code and accessibility deficiencies, address deferred maintenance and meet current programmatic needs. Construction would consist of structural modifications to both buildings; replacement of key components of the healing, domestic hot water, and steam generation systems; interior renovation of both buildings; partial enclosure of an existing patio to create additional seating capacity for the dining hall; replacement of the exterior skin and windows of the College House B building; replacement of existing sewer and storm water systems; minor improvements to the stormwater outfalls to correct existing erosion.
