Lot F consists of approximately 3.95 acres of undeveloped land, contiguous to the west side of Folsom Lake State Recreation Area (SRA). The property is at the southern end of Horseshoe Bar Road which terminates at the edge of the Folsom Lake SRA. Lot F is adjacent to lands managed by State Parks as part of the Folsom Lake SRA.
