The remodeling which is being done in an existing building will have no further impact than the initial building construction which was included in the campus wide program EIR defining future campus developed, approved by the Trustees in November 1988 and 2001. The project further meets the criteria, as it is a remodeling project of ~3600 sf within an existing building.
