This project would adjust property boundary lines for three properties located within the "RR", Rural Residential Zoning District. The lot line adjustment would increase Parcel 1 (APN 01-390-030) to 1.84 acres and Parcel 2 (APN 011-390-034) to 9.70 acres while decreasing the size of Parcel 3 (APN 011-390-037) to 21.84 acres.
