The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California proposes to replace the plant air system at the Henry J. Mills Water Treatment Plant. Metropolitan proposes to replace the existing air compressors, air receivers, air dryers, heat exchangers, and starters associated with the plant air system. The plant air system supports the chemical injection lines and chemical feed system for the water treatment plant.
