Document Description
This project consists of removing between 2,000 and 40,000 cubic yards of sand within ~4.525-6.5 acre area of the lagoon mouth located in Torrey Pines State Reserve. All activities will be limited to areas previously excavated during the 22 years of lagoon maintenance and shall not occur 6' below mean sea level. Sand dredged from the lagoon will be placed on Torrey Pines State Beach. A Right of Entry Permit is required for this project.
