Document Description
Install fire-proof retractable curtains for open doors in the Bridgeport Barn at South Yuba River State Park to provide fire protection. Work will install heat sensitive hardware spring triggers to draw curtains over door openings in the event of fire threat will fire-retardent gel is sprayed over the outside of the building surface. Fully reversible hardware will be attached to historic fabric. Curtains will be hidden from view inside of barn in false walls when not deployed. No ground disturbance will take place.
