-An outdoor music festival on Main Street, Jamestown for the 17th Annual Sierra Hope Ride for muscular dystrophy on Saturday, June 7, 2008. The charity motorcycle event requests to block off Main Street at Willow and Donovan Streets and Seco Street at Main Street. Stages for music will be set up on the Main Street at the Willow Street and Donovan Street intersections.
-A waiver of the portion of Section 5.12.320 prohibiting the consumption of alcoholic beverages on festival premises.
-A waiver of the portion of Section 5.12.310 requiring admission to the festival by ticket only.
