Convert an existing road to trail with 2 realignments along the Upper Coon Trap Road at Jack London State Historic Park to reduce sedimentation and improve drainage into Mill Creek. Along the existing road alignment, work will grade the converted road segments; restore the original contour; outslope for drainage; remove existing culverts and install armored crossings; elongate switchbacks; reduce the road width to 5' wide for multi-use; and remove road segments.
