Document Description
A redevelopment project named Pacific Station will be excavating spoils which the City of Encinitas will utilize as opportunistic and replenishment on the City of Encinitas beach front property. The City must haul the spoils to the dumping location just south of South Ponto State Beach. A Right of Entry Permit is required and allows the City of Encinitas to access South Ponto State Beach area on the north side of the Junior Lifeguard storage container.
