Replacement of an existing undersize waterline with an 8" water supply line and widening of Deer Creek Road with replacement of 4 existing culvert crossings of four ephemeral drainages, armoring of roadside ditches to prevent erosion of banks and slow sediment transport into Deer Creek and armoring of inflow and outflow areas of culverts to minimize erosional cutting. Approximately 274 lineal feet of ephemeral drainage will be impacted by the project.
